Rene is an energetic and passionate "let's do it now" kind of entrepreneur/presenter. Born and raised in circumstances that would be deemed dysfunctional by today's standards, Rene speaks from first-hand experience when it comes to making "lemonade out of lemons". His high-energy level, coupled with an acute ability to connect and inspire others, provide for an insightful and moving presentation.

He's negotiated and developed multi-million dollar real estate developments and owned several companies that have achieved millions of dollars in sales to now become an acclaimed author and professional keynote speaker/presenter.

On several occasions he's pulled businesses out of the ashes of bankruptcy and led them to outstanding financial success. He's also managed national sales forces and successfully marketed his products to multi-nationals on several occasions. All of these accomplishments were built on the foundations of hard work and the practical use of emotional intelligence, the "smarts of the heart".

Constantly repeating outstanding levels of performance in business, Rene has earned international recognition from his colleagues and industry leaders. His significant sales and training skills have earned him sales masters awards, "Super Bowl rings" and the coveted "Masters Jacket" of his various professions.

Due to these achievements, Rene has been the keynote speaker at various seminars and venues, as well as the featured guest on various Radio & TV shows throughout the nation. It is his tremendous ability to passionately communicate that provides for an enlightening and entertaining presentation. He will often focus on his favorite part of business: Leading by The Heart and Managing The Mind. There is nothing more invigorating to him than a team marching down the field to victory daily.

Activity in the community and church are very important to Rene and his family of 4 children. It is his deep belief in the law of the harvest (you reap what you sow) that drives him to always look for ways to give for the betterment of the majority.

It is for this reason that Rene has created The Sage Academy. Our institute's sole purpose is to guide individuals, such as yourself, to discover the immense capacity of your spirit and emotional intelligence, to create and maintain new levels of success.

Trish is a very self-motivated, goal-oriented person. Acknowledged as an outstanding educator, Trish has established herself as an innovator by developing new trends in many areas of her career. She is a tremendous organizer, with a keen ability to focus on the task at hand. These skills assisted her in graduating from the University of Victoria with a five-year, Bachelor of Education Degree; she was the top student in her class.

Early in her career, Trish began to receive recognition for her outstanding abilities to excel. While working towards her Bachelor's Degree, Trish was involved in many unique and exciting projects at the university. Whether teaching a communications seminar, developing new curriculums, or working as a teaching assistant for a second-year Educational Psychology class, Trish's knowledge of the subject matter, as well as her astute teaching skills, warranted praise from the professors involved.

One of these special assignments included the refining of a Mastery Learning based curriculum for 200+ students. Trish became the preferred candidate for many other assignments, including instructing peers in writing and evaluating behavioral objectives.

Leading the field by pioneering new trends is not a new concept for Trish. While full-time teaching, she instituted a program within her classroom that left her colleagues surprised at her approach. Despite their apprehensions, she persevered, to the great benefit of her class. The results were amazing. Not only did the students feel important because of the individual recognition created from the innovative concept, but parents thrilled at the individual attention given to their children.

Motherhood brought new challenges to Trish in the field of education. When it was time for her children to attend school, she faced dissatisfaction with the public schools in her community. Thus, she applied the same proven sensitivity developed at the university, to her own children, through a trail-blazing concept- home schooling. At that time, this approach was not recognized as a viable alternative to the public system. Thus, adopting it required intense effort on her part. With time, and due diligence, it became a reality.

Her peers have always recognized her as an outstanding teacher - one who uses methods that allow children, teenagers and adults to not only identify with the material being presented, but also to apply it.

Trish's proficiency with languages was a valuable asset when she served as an international volunteer in the country of Taiwan for 20 months. Her self-discipline and commitment to the task at hand led not only to amazing fluency with the Mandarin Chinese language, but also to leadership assignments amongst her peers.

A dedicated and respected volunteer, Trish has spent countless hours in willing service to others. She has honed her skills to a point where she is in demand for leadership roles in a variety of settings.

Life has thrown Trish many curves. She has experienced heartache and despair, but they haven't defeated her. Unknowingly, she has been a proficient student in learning the fundamentals that form FaithSkills™. She is excited to be appointed as the Executive Managing Editor of Sage Support Services, Inc. - a company whose programs give new life and hope to many who are motivated to overcome the struggles of life, and achieve unrealized levels of success.

A solid father of two outstanding young adults, Alan has managed to develop an amazing spectrum of resources in various corporate circumstances. He's administered and managed information systems for groups of 65,000 plus members, as well as developed and written unique problem solving approaches for many "unsolvable" problems.

Yes, Alan speaks "human" - a rare asset for people with his extensive computer background. This unique and powerful mix of talents had him solving problems for firms in Europe as well as throughout North America. Always one to excel in the domain of leading technology, Alan has been instrumental in the integration of several corporate takeovers where systems and data needed to be rapidly and diligently collated.

An accomplished communicator, Alan consults for world-class educational institutes on various information system topics, as well as trouble shoots and advises firms on asset acquisitions. His familiarity with an enormous number of software and networking systems, as well as the integration of information programs into systems, makes him a valuable resource in many difficult situations.
