Rene is an aggressive and passionate "let's do it now" kind of entrepreneur. Born and raised in circumstances that would be deemed dysfunctional by today's standards, he learned at an early age how to make lemonade out of lemons.

He's negotiated and developed multi-million dollar real estate developments and owned several companies that have achieved sales in excess of a million dollars per year.

On several occasions he has resurrected firms out of the ashes of bankruptcy and led them to outstanding financial success. He's also managed national sales forces and successfully marketed his products to multi-nationals on several occasions. All of these accomplishments were built on the foundations of hard work.

Constantly repeating outstanding levels of performance in all aspects of business, Rene has earned international recognition from his colleagues and industry leaders. His significant sales and training skills have earned him sales masters awards, "Super Bowl rings" and the coveted "Masters Jacket" of his various professions.

Due to these outstanding achievements, Rene has been the featured speaker at various seminars and venues. It is his tremendous ability to passionately communicate the necesAFy vision that provides for an enlightening and entertaining presentation. He will often focus on his favorite part of business: hands-on team building. There is nothing more invigorating to him than coaching a team to march down the field to victory daily.

Activity in the community and church are very important to Rene and his family of 4 children. It is his deep belief in the law of the harvest (you reap what you sow) that drives him to always look for ways to give for the betterment of the majority.

Constant proactive reflection has caused him to recognize his innate gifts. This immense discovery has enabled him to achieve permanent successes in his life. He was able to overcome the shortfall of most of the self-improvement programs he had previously attempted: the inability to sustain permanent change. He knew that these programs had great worth, however they didn't demonstrate how to "liken the message unto oneself ". This lack of personalized application often relegated the program to the "latest fad" status.
